1. Refund Policy for Online Courses
In the case of Live courses Refund to the user will be processed if the user requests before the start of the live class. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name, payments refund will be made to the same account.
In the case of Live courses Refund to the user can be processed if the user requests one of the Day-1 of the live class. Studycafe Academy reserves the right to accept or reject requests for a refund. After Day-1 of the Live classes, no refund shall be processed.
For Recorded Sessions, No Refund will be processed. Please cross-check the description of the Video before buying/Enrolling for Recorded Sessions.
For Membership Plans, No Refunds will be processed. Please cross-check before Availing of the Membership.
2. Cancellation
2.1 Cancellation by Studycafe Academy: There may be certain orders that Studycafe Academy is unable to accept and must cancel. Studycafe Academy reserves the right, at Studycafe Academy sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in Your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by You, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by Studycafe Academy credit and fraud avoidance department. Studycafe Academy may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Studycafe Academy will contact You if all or any portion of Your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept Your order. If Your order is cancelled after Your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in Your credit card account. A promo code/Discount coupon code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by Customer or Studycafe Academy.
2.2 Cancellation by the User: In case of requests for cancellations, Studycafe Academy reserves the right to accept or reject requests for cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if Studycafe Academy receives a cancellation notice, Studycafe Academy shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to You within a reasonable period of time. Studycafe Academy will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Studycafe Academy has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Studycafe Academy and accept Studycafe Academy’s decision regarding the cancellation. Regarding Membership Plans, there will not be any option to cancel the Membership once Availed.
In Case a Refund is Allowed from our side then it will take 7 Days time to process the refund from our side.
